This area of Italy has so much to offer for both the serious historian and the not so serious. With so many ‘must sees’ we try to offer a flavour of what each destination has to offer. Agriculture and horticulture are very important aspects of the economy in Tuscany, and this region boasts some beautiful fertile valleys and rolling hills. The agriculture and crop production are varied, including cereals, olives, and of course grapes for the wine industry,
with Chianti being the most famous wine produced in this region.

Highlights
We’ll enjoy guided tours in Rome including the Colosseum, an iconic symbol of imperial Rome, San Gimignano and Assisi. There will be the opportunity to explore individually if you wish to, or just sit at a pavement café and soak up the atmosphere. Nothing can prepare you for the magnitude of some of the buildings we will see, add to this the atmosphere and Italian style, and you really are in for a treat.

Once more Bay Farm Tours scored
10 out of 10
with the Lake Garda holiday. I enjoyed every minute. The friendship and atmosphere amongst the group was exceptional.
Your Tour Manager never stopped working to make sure everything went according to plan, and it did, along with lots of fun and laughter, which made it
a wonderful tour
