Highlights Include

The National Park of Saxon Switzerland & Elbe is spectacular with sandstone mountains known for diverse rock formations and the local landmark Bastei Bridge. Our visit to the Daham -Spreewald an area designated as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO in 1991 is inspiring.

In Dessau we take a gondola ride through a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Worlitz Garden Realm. The landscape is strewn with eccentric follies such as Europe’s only artificial volcano, at the centre of a lake and Rock Island topped by the pavilion. This certainly is a unique visit.

Just a few lines to say a big thank you for a very enjoyable tour to Germany.

Germany is certainly a lovely country, so clean and tidy and beautiful scenery. We were very impressed with the farms we visited and certainly took a few ideas home with us!
