The friendship offered by people on your tour when you are travelling on your own. Always plenty to talk about with others from the farming community. The excellent organisation and the guides who are always so pleasant.

Everything well organised. A good mix of agriculture and sightseeing. No problem in contacting office with any queries or concerns. Nice to meet returning guests and making new friends.

The tour programmes are always a wonderful mixture of visiting farms and sight seeing opportunities. The tour leaders are well chosen for the job and generally speaking, the host country's representatives are well informed about their various subjects. Hotels are particularly well chosen, with personal choices often accommodated e.g. a walk-in shower. The chance to fly from other airports in the UK other than Manchester is handled well. The inclusion of wine with meals is so convenient and needs to be taken into account when assessing the relevant tour value. Mixing with like-minded people is very relaxing and often very revealing with only a small cross-section of us involved in agriculture.

Friendly company of like minded people. Excellent guides who kept us on time unobtrusively & coped with the problems of the bus breaking down. They also took us back to the Ferry Port when our visit was over which was over and above their remit. Visits were interesting. Helpful people on telephone organised our travel by Ferry with no fuss & efficiency. Sorted out a gentleman's lost airline ticket within 10mins. Excellent!

The group was not too big and gelled well. The itinerary was full and interesting and we got to see so many different and interesting aspects of Vietnam. Our guide was fantastic, so knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, the visit to his home town and the lunch cooked by his wife was a highlight of the tour, such genuine hospitality. Our Bay Farm Tour guide was super, always making sure everyone and everything was ok. The coaches and drivers were also great, comfortable way to travel and such skill among so much traffic. Overall it was a brilliant holiday and I really felt we got an amazing tour that fully encompassed everything Vietnam has to offer and so much more.

I usually travel alone (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Iceland) but decided I would like a bit of company. I enjoyed the evening dinners when everyone chatted. Also I liked being driven (on the coach). I studied agriculture and worked in pig breeding and dairy industries so I really enjoyed all the farm visits and meeting the farmers and their families. The coach driver, Stephan, was excellent telling us about life in Austria.

Everything!!! We have done Calgary Stampede and California tours. I was a little wary of being away for 2 weeks on a coach with others as I'm a shy person but its the best 2 holidays we have ever had and made some lovely friends from both trips that we are still in contact with. Everything is so well organised and you fit so many wonderful visits into each trip , they really are trips of a lifetime... we are looking forward our next trip which will be the Heart of Africa 🦁
