This area of Italy has so much to offer for both the serious historian and the not so serious. With so many ‘must sees’ we try to offer a flavour of what each destination has to offer. Agriculture and horticulture are very important aspects of the economy in Tuscany, and this region boasts some beautiful fertile valleys and rolling hills. The agriculture and crop production are varied, including cereals, olives, and of course grapes for the wine industry,

with Chianti being the most famous wine produced in this region.

Sightseeing

Rome needs no introduction; the Eternal City is overflowing with endless sightseeing treats and our visit will give you a flavour of the magnificence of this unique city.

Our visits will include the ancient Chianina cattle, an Italian breed which is one of the oldest breeds in the world, having been bred in the Italian regions of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio for at least 2000 years.

Black Pig

Once more Bay Farm Tours scored

10 out of 10

with the Lake Garda holiday. I enjoyed every minute. The friendship and atmosphere amongst the group was exceptional.

Your Tour Manager never stopped working to make sure everything went according to plan, and it did, along with lots of fun and laughter, which made it

a wonderful tour
