Our tour incorporates some of the most beautiful and major attractions of Western Canada: Vancouver Island, The Canadian Rockies, Banff National Park and the impressive cities of Calgary and Vancouver. The itinerary has been designed to be an enjoyable tour giving everybody in the group an opportunity to see and appreciate this most scenic part of Canada, and of course the spectacular Calgary Stampede.

We are trying something different this year! Because many of you have been enquiring about our Calgary Stampede Tour 2027 we have decided to release the tour early.
Why?
So that you can book way in advance with a low deposit. Knowing your place is secured.
Interesting
This deposit of £100 per person will be refundable at the point we cost the tour fully, which will be in July this year. If the price of the tour goes up by more that 5% you are welcome to request a full refund of your deposit.
What do you do?
Simply request an itinerary and if you like what you see, call and reserve your place with a deposit.

Agriculture
We visit several working ranches in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta, which give an overview of Canadian agriculture in general. These include ranches in the more densely populated area of the Fraser Valley and close to Calgary in Alberta. There is every opportunity to talk with the Canadian farmers and their families about farming life and practices in Canada. This has become an important feature of our tours, which is always really enjoyable and appreciated.

This tour starts in spectacular style with 2 nights in Vancouver on the Pacific west coast. Catching the ferry to Vancouver Island, where we stay in Victoria, before we journey through the magnificent Canadian Rockies with towering peaks and deep valleys.

Weather
It will be Summer while we are in Canada and the climate will be quite warm. We say pack your shorts and t-shirts but be prepared for a light shower and cooler temperatures in the evenings

The Great Rodeo Show
The calibre of a rodeo comes down to two things: the skill of the competitors and the quality of the horses, bulls and steers. The Stampede Rodeo features the world’s best competitors and animals. Cowboys and cowgirls face off in a furious display of skill and grit, with every win building towards a great Showdown.

American Rockies
We would like to thank everybody at Bay Farm Tours involved in arranging the American Rockies and National Parks tour, which we have just returned from. The whole holiday was excellent, the highlight for us was the Conistoga wagon ride along part of the original Oregon Trail, just brilliant.
