Agriculture

Australia is the world's sixth-largest country by total area. There are approximately 134,000 farm businesses in the country and each Australian farmer produces enough food to feed 600 people.
We visit a broad spectrum of farms including dairy, beef and sheep, some of which also have arable.
Time is made on each agricultural visit to talk with the farmers and their families, and sometimes we have lunch with our hosts, providing an even better opportunity to get an insight into the agriculture, and real farming life in Australia.

Sydney

Not many people from the UK ever get the opportunity to visit Sydney, and we have an excellent sightseeing tour organised for you, visiting among other famous landmarks, the fashionable Rocks area and Bondi Beach.

A visit to the city is not complete without a guided tour of the iconic Sydney Opera House with its shell-like roof. The Sydney Opera House was added to UNESCO's World Heritage List in 2007.

Extension

Our extended tour offers the option to join a cruise onto the Great Barrier Reef. What a fantastic opportunity for you to experience one of the seven natural wonders of the world.

See the gathering of brilliant vivid coral, of which there are up to 400 different types, over 1,500 types of tropical fish and many other species of marine life which live on or around the reef. There will be the opportunity to snorkel and see this amazing spectacle. (Assistance is given to non-swimmers so they too can join in this experience)

I write to thank you for the

wonderful tour to Canada, from which we recently returned. We both thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip and appreciate all your attention to detail. Each day was different and we continue to talk about our varied itinerary with an interesting balance of farm visits, cities and gardens.

We highly recommend Bay Farm Tours and look forward to travelling with you again.
