Sightseeing

The South West of England has an interesting maritime history. Ever since the days of Sir Francis Drake and the Spanish Armada, Plymouth has played a key role in Britain's naval history. From 1588, right up until the nuclear-powered submarines of the 21st century, the port has been at the heart of the nation's maritime defences and made a huge contribution to WWll.

A Highlight

We visit a sustainable fruit and vegetable operation on the typically steep undulating countryside of the region. Cider production is also an important part of the operation and we enjoy a sample of their produce.

With the rolling hills of the Devon countryside and the high hedges, that are a prominent feature of many country roads, just driving through this area by coach will give a very different perspective than when in a car, and will be an enlightening experience

Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Having booked with slight trepidation about joining an organised tour, we are now absolute converts! I am sure you will be seeing us again, and soon!

Your organisation and attention to detail was First class -catering for each and every whim!

The hotels were excellent and you took us to places we would never have been able to visit on our own.
